Stolen DC Vehicle Recovered In Pasadena Months After Reported Missing: Police

A vehicle that was stolen out of Washington DC last year has been recovered in Pasadena, authorities said.

Lashae Parker, 26, of Glen Burnie, and Dyandre Owens, 23, of Brooklyn, were found driving the stolen Toyota around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 31, Anne Arundel County Police said. The vehicle was reported missing to DC Metro Police on August 28, 2021, police said.

Both suspects were arrested and charged accordingly, police said. One person already had an outstanding warrant for their arrest through Baltimore City, police added.

The car was pulled over for displaying a dealer tag for broken headlamp, police said. A search of the vehicle uncovered 12 Xanax pills, three Suboxone strips and 25 grams of marijuana.
